In the third quarter of 2021, the Bitcoin SV Technical Standards Committee (TSC) launched its roadmap summarising the current standardisation landscape for the Bitcoin SV ecosystem. The roadmap includes several proposed areas for future development based on feedback received from stakeholders and has become a key tool to navigate emerging standards. In addition, the TSC has focused on supporting participation in the standardisation programme with a series of new initiatives to demystify its various roles and the key benefits of getting involved. 

In the final quarter of 2021, the TSC will focus on developing its first strategic plan for 2022, with stakeholders’ engagement, outreach activities and the development of standards resources as focal points. Through these strategies, the TSC will nurture the steady growth of participants and submissions to the technical standards programme with the goal of reaching new audiences of highly skilled members of the BSV community.
