Proposals listed on this page are at the provisional working group stage. This stage precedes the formal development process and allows for new participants to join the working group to push forward topics of interest to them. Once a provisional working group will have recruited sufficient participants, it will be moved to the drafting phase of the standardisation process.
As part of the execution of Direct Payment Protocol/P2P Payment protocol, if the execution is done using a Simplified Payment Verification (SPV) client which does not have a wallet, the client would need to communicate with existing wallets to fetch input UTXOs (for funding the transaction) and output destinations (for receiving the funds). We aim to standardise these communication messages using a REST schema for each of them.
